Beer Tycoon will also be the first game where players will be in charge of brewing their favourite beers. To be released in January 2007, it’s being developed by tycoon experts Virtual Playground.

Gamers have numerous options in the game. They start with a handful of brewery buildings and try to build up to an international big brand corporation. For this, they have to manage all necessary things. From recruiting and marketing to the development of new products – and these are only a few of the many important tasks facing intending brewery managers.

Featuring highly detailed 3D graphics, the game offers the opportunity to enter the beer business as head of a micro brewery or a medium sized suburban brewery, or even enter the global competition managing a full-blown big brewery. These companies can consist of up to 21 different brewery building types. There are 50 ingredients one can brew the beer from, including various kinds of hops and malts, and even specialities like chilli and chocolate.

Hospital Tycoon is a business simulation video game developed by DR Studios and published by Codemasters. The game is designed for and set to run exclusively on the Microsoft Windows platform. It was released on June 5, 2007 in North America, on June 8, 2007 in Europe and on August 12, 2007 in Australia.

The game lets the player manage a hospital from a god view. Each different hospital is staffed by medical teams and is packed with ill patients. The player needs to manage the staff, ensure patients are cared for and have the correct treatment facilities. As time progresses, new equipment will need to be built in order to cope with incoming patients. The game can also be played in a sandbox mode.

Codemasters and DR Studios are not currently planning to release any updates for the game. Complaints have been made that the retail version contains bugs such as a shortage of patients.

Below is an official statement from Codemasters detailing that the developers have changed their name and that there are no plans for a patch at this time.

"The developers of Hospital Tycoon have changed name, following a management buyout, but are still operational. There are currently no plans for a patch, I'm afraid. If an issue or bug is discovered in the game that affects a lot of users we will address this and if this needs a patch to resolve the issue then we will create one. While selling lemonade, players must look over many aspects of their business. Players decide on a recipe, set prices, and sell lemonade in a variety of locations. The game includes changing weather and news, which the player must compensate for. To overcome some factors, such as long lines and stock, players can buy upgrades. The packaged version included versions for PC, Mobile Phones, Windows Mobile Professional devices, and Palm devices.
